At Shaker Cases, we want you to love your fashion accessories; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items. Simply ensure the products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your Shaker Cases back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
